Early on in my Child development career I learned that children are amazing. Children are born not knowing anything and having to rely on everyone around them to teach them what to do. Getting to watch them learn how to talk and walk is an incredible journey to witness and if I get to help in that process I think it’s fulfilling because I get to be an important part of their growth.

I have my Early Childhood Development Credential, my BA degree in Child Development and I’m working on my Masters. I am First Aid & CPR certified. I’ve been teaching since 2017. I also speak Spanish.

I grew up in California my whole life with two hard working, Salvadorian parents. I am the middle child in the family and I am currently a cat mom.
When I’m not teaching…
In my free time you will find me doing many activities. I love to spend my days taking photos and painting. At night I spend my time reading books on my couch with my boyfriend and cat.

Ms. Amanda teaches primarily in our Infant & Toddler Center. However, just like all our teachers, you’ll find her assisting in all our classrooms. Her anniversary date is February 13, 2023.
