It’s National Screen Free Week!
On average, preschool children spend 32 hours a week with screen media and that’s too much. Children over two years old should spend no more than 1 to 2 hours a day on screen media of any kind. Children under two should not use screen media at all. Excessive exposure of children to screen media is associated with impaired childhood development and childhood obesity. So turn off the screens and have some fun with these activities.
